Support Our Mission - How You Can Help

Your Support Provides Accessible,

Affordable Healthcare Services in our Community

FCHC is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, meaning we rely on the generosity of donors and the support of grant funding to provide many of the services our patients rely on.

A donation of any amount has a direct impact on the lives of our patients - many of whom wouldn't get their healthcare needs met if not for our organization.

Why quality, affordable healthcare
