A Community Health Resource on Wheels

As part of our work to impact the lives of all those who need health care, Fairfield Community Health Center utilizes a Mobile Clinic. This clinic is a fully stocked and operational rolling exam room.

Our team uses the Mobile Clinic for a variety of things including home visits for patients, partnering with local organizations and schools for immunization events, and provide outreach to our local homeless population.
