What Is Available?

FCHC's lab is a fully serviced lab through Lab Corp. Any medical lab work that needs done can be done at FCHC's new lab.

Who Is Eligable?

Any patient who has established care with an FCHC provider is able to use our lab services. This includes external lab referrals.

FCHC's lab is located inside our clinic at

Lancaster, OH 43130

When can I go?

Monday through Friday

8:00 am - 12:00 pm

1:00 pm - 4:00 pm

Closed 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm for lunch
